Chill a large mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for about 15 minutes before mixing ingredients. Make sure your ingredients are nice and cold, too.
Combine all ingredients in the mixing bowl and beat with an electric handheld or stand mixer until the cream is thick and forms stiff peaks. You want this to be thick, but if you let it go too long it will turn to butter...keep an eye on it!
Chill this for at least an hour before using. Extra can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
