Wonderful herbs from southeast France.
Ingredients
Scale
2 tablespoons dried marjoram
2 tablespoons dried thyme
1 1/2 tablespoons dried savory
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 3/4 teaspoons dried rosemary, coarsely ground
1 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon dried lavender
Instructions
Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
Notes
We recommend you give the dried rosemary it a few pulses in a spice grinder so that it comes out small enough to not stab your gums, but still recognizable as an evergreen needle.
