Yogurt and fruit, but better.



24 ounces plain, whole fat yogurt

1/4 cup honey, or to taste

1 teaspoon mixed spice

To serve (optional):

Fresh berries



  1. The night before you are going to eat it, whisk together the yogurt, honey, and Mixed Spice. Chill overnight.
  2. Serve in bowls topped with berries and/or granola, as desired.
